Our DVDs are Region 4 - this is the current standard for Australia, New Zealand, Central America, Oceania, South America and Mexico.
Some DVDs are encoded for Region 0 or "All Regions" - these DVDs are compatible with all DVD players.
Most DVDs are in PAL format unless otherwise indicated.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available in the case of incompatibility.
