POSTAGE/AVAILABILTY:
Pressplaymusic hold 1000's of items in stock however we can not stock all items listed on our website. In this case, if your item is out of stock it will need to be ordered in from the supplier. Orders are placed with the major suppliers on a daily basis and normally take 3-5 days from placement to arrive. You will be notified by email of any known or expected delays outside of this time, or if any items are no longer available. Please email us for any more information.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Due to the nature of the industry we are in we do not accept returns. If a product is faulty we reserve the right to replace or not replace the item after discussion with purchaser. This does not guarantee a replacement product, however we will discuss any concerns you may have.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
All our products are shipped by Australia post. Any item recieved damaged by postage is the purchasers responsibility, however we have sent thousands this way with very little or no damage. All products are shipped in secure Aust Post packaging.
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received wrong as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
